[VERIFIABLE TRUST]
Trust is built on clarity. This page outlines our foundational principles, our operational policies, and our public commitments from day one.
Foundational Policies
These are the non-negotiable rules that define our service.
- Strict No-Logs Policy: We do not collect or store any traffic logs, connection timestamps, session information, or your IP address. Our system is designed to forget. We cannot provide data that we do not possess.
- RAM-Only Infrastructure: Our servers operate exclusively on volatile memory (RAM). This means all data on a server is wiped clean upon every reboot. This is not a software promise; it is a physical and architectural limitation.
Business Model Transparency
Our user is our only customer. Our principles are not for sale.
- 100% User-Funded: We generate revenue exclusively through user subscriptions. We do not sell user data, offer "premium" tracking-based tiers, or accept money from third parties that would compromise our mission.
- No Trackers, No Ads: Our website and services are, and will always be, free of third-party trackers and advertisements. Your subscription pays for the hardware, the bandwidth, and the principles this service is built on. Nothing else.
Direct Line
True transparency requires open communication. For support, questions, or inquiries, you can reach us through the following secure channels. We do not use conventional ticketing systems that log your data.
- Mail: contact@1857.org
- Jabber/XMPP: 1857@xmpp.jp
